During the wildfires that ravaged parts of Northern California, countless acts of kindness took place as people worked tirelessly to help loved ones, friends, neighbors, strangers, and animals through this tragedy. Despite the devastation that was occurring all around us, the strength of our community shown through as people put their own concerns and fears aside to help each other during this crisis. This project is an effort to bring
that inspiration to others, while helping those still suffering as a result of the fires. Inspirational stories are being collected through more than 70 notebooks placed across Sonoma and Napa counties, and through this site. Selections of these stories will be compiled into a book and/or blog, with the profits from any sales to go to wildfire victims relief and first responder charities.
